We drove out the same logging rode as before but went about 10km beyond before we parked and started to hike. The trail was well worn with a lot of up and downs, over big rocks, roots and through some dry bog areas once we got up about to an elevation of about 750m. It was a good hike - many different plants to identify, warm air, blue skies and the cabin and lake our destination). The only downside to the day was the three of us got stung as we walked quickly over a wasps nest built right in the middle of the path!
