This month has been exceptionally mild offering many opportunities to be outdoors indulging ourselves in ‘forest bathing’ (shinrin-yoku)! The holidays have been relatively quiet, but the spirit of the season did motivate us to string lights outside and decorate our little wooden tree inside.
